Shipping and Delivery - Gatestrek Products Part 1:
The normal delivery time for clothing and accessories (merchandise) in the Gatestrek series is approximately 12-20 days from the date of your order. The product is produced after you place your order, hence the slightly longer delivery time. Delays during transport may occur. There are specific delivery times for sales and holidays.
In our online store, you will only see one shipping option, which is free shipping.
Please ensure you provide the correct mobile number and email address to receive pickup notifications.
Parcel Delivery: We offer free shipping for all purchases in the Gatestrek series.
The order will be sent as a package and delivered to the nearest pickup location or your mailbox. Your mailbox must be well marked with your name and address, and the recipient should be registered with the postal service at the given address. Therefore, we recommend that you ensure your mailbox is clearly marked and check what is registered in the postal service's address register, and make any necessary corrections. You are responsible for the package once you pick it up from a pickup location nearby or receive it in your own mailbox. Consider the security and value of the package as Gatestrek or the shipping company will not replace packages that are stolen after delivery.
In-store pickup is not available for Gatestrek products.
Where is My Package?
The normal delivery time is 12-20 working days after you receive confirmation of your order. Please note that in some cases, it may take longer.
Shipping and Delivery Terms - Purchasing Prints or Original Art by Rune Furelid Part 2:
If you purchase prints or original art by Rune Furelid, these products will be sent from the gallery's premises in Ålesund, Norway.
Delivery time may vary as some products require manual handling, such as signing/numbering, and the images may undergo further processing with various mediums to look their best.
The normal delivery time is 1-3 weeks. Many of our purchases are shipped within a few days, but for the sake of accuracy, we specify a slightly longer delivery time as there are several variables with original art that can extend the delivery time.
Prints will be carefully packaged and sent in a hardcover roll, marked with your address and telephone number. Please provide this information during purchase.
Original paintings will be sent rolled up in a hardcover roll.
All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance so that you can be confident that the shipment will safely arrive at your provided address with a telephone number.
If you have purchased a painting or print worth over 10,000 NOK, there will be an additional cost to insure the item. This cost will vary depending on the value of the art. It is not a significant amount, but you will be notified about this for larger purchases.
