TERMS & SHOPPING CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

By making a purchase on www.gatestrek.no, an agreement is entered into between the seller Furelli AS (corporate registration number 990 906 114) and you, the buyer.

Furelli As does not enter into agreements with minors without parental approval. Binding purchase agreements can only be entered into with persons over the age of 15, and credit purchase agreements or other forms of payment which involve the minor incurring debt cannot be entered into.

Furelli AS reserves the right to cancel a purchase without reason. We also have the right not to carry out an order if the item is sold out or in the event of any technical errors. We reserve the right that goods may be available in the online shop even if they are sold out. In that case, we will cancel your order and give you a clear notice.

Prices for the goods are stated including VAT. The total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and any payment fees is shown in the shopping cart.

2. PAYMENT

You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. We offer payment by invoice and partial payment via our partner Klarna. You can also pay with Vipps.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use On Demand Dropshipping and your item is usually sent from Latvia. Because we use on demand and not mass production, the delivery time will be longer than usual. This is because we want to focus on an environmentally friendly solution where we get rid of inventory, which in the worst case can lead to products that are not sold having to be thrown away. So if you are a little extra patient, you will contribute to a better environment at the same time that, after a little extra time, you will receive your package conveniently in the postbox, at your nearest delivery point.

We process all orders automatically and as soon as you have completed the purchase, the order goes directly to the manufacturer who strives to produce and pack the item within 4 days. They then send the item and estimate a delivery time of 12-17 days. But it can also be shorter and in a few cases longer. So a somewhat longer delivery time must be calculated in certain periods.

  • Shipping costs can vary, but we try to keep this to: 99,- If it is higher, you will see this on the order before you pay.
  • Shipping limit: Free shipping for orders over NOK 1,000
  • Delivery time: normally 12-17 days.
  • Delivery method: To the collection point in most cases.

TRACKING OF THE PACKAGE

We are continuously working to get a tracking number for the order. And will update this as soon as we have got this in order. In the meantime, just put ice in your stomach and your package will appear.

THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND FOR COLLECTION OF THEIR PACKAGE.

It is the customer's own responsibility to write the correct address. The customer must check whether the address is correct when checking out and paying. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address after the order has been placed, as the orders are packed abroad within the next 4 working days and enter a closed order system. It is not possible to send to PO boxes, and the package will then go to the nearest delivery point.

The customer is responsible for receiving the package upon delivery. This means that the customer is responsible for picking up the package at the delivery point and possibly in some cases in their mailbox when it has been delivered. Remember that you must collect your parcel within 7 days if it has been sent to the delivery point, after which the goods will be returned. You must collect the package even if you are going to make use of the right of return (See 4)

PACKAGES NOT COLLECTED

Packages that are not collected within the deadline will be returned. For all orders that are not picked up, we reserve the right to invoice costs for return shipping, dispatch fee and handling fee of NOK 250. We also cancel the order when it is returned.

Alternative shipping methods

  • So far we only have standard shipping. This has a fixed rate and appears as the only option.
  • If you shop for more than NOK 1,000, you get the option of free shipping, which you can also use.
  • Remember identification/power of attorney for picking up all types of orders.

3.1 Delayed delivery

In the event of delayed delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase. If the delivery takes far longer than the estimated delivery time, you can make use of the right to cancel the purchase. Then send the order number to us and we will assist in raising the order.

 

4 . RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a full right of withdrawal (return and exchange) within 14 days of receiving the item. You do not need to provide a reason. Although we hope you are satisfied with your item and we do our utmost to ensure that the quality of the product is good enough.

COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

EXCHANGE ITEM: (FREE)

Any claims for misprints, damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date. Claims that are considered our fault are covered at our expense.

CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM FOR THE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS
It is important to send us a message before you return the item with a copy of the order, so that we can supply you with the correct return address before you send the item back.

When we receive a returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If you do not contact us to obtain the correct return address before returning, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive. The reason for this is that the item can be shipped from either Latvia or Spain and sometimes China. And then we have to connect the item with the correct sender so that it returns to the right place.

Contact us upon return and we will send you the correct information.

When the item is registered as returned to the correct address, this will be credited and refunded.

The return fee is NOK 99 (return postage).

You are responsible for the package returning to the return address you receive. This means that you are responsible for the contents of the package until we receive your return. We recommend that you send with tracking so that you are insured.

RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act, you have a full right of cancellation within 14 days after you have received your order. For collection in store, which may be the case for a few items, the right of withdrawal starts to run 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. The right of withdrawal applies even if the goods are on sale. When returning, the item must be unused, the tags must be on and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

When returning, attach the receipt that was attached to your order and return it together with the item(s).

RETURN ITEM: (99 KRON IN RETURN POSTAGE)

1: Send us a message at kundeservice@gatestrek.no and get the correct return address sent to you.
2: Return instructions will be sent to you by email. Then send us the tracking number so that we can track the return package as it will be your responsibility that the return arrives at the correct address.

3: When we receive your order in return, the purchase is credited.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have processed your return. Please note that processing returns can take up to 10 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be sold again for hygienic reasons. We therefore draw attention to the fact that earrings, tights, underwear etc. cannot be returned/exchanged.

Can I exchange for another item?
We currently do not have an exchange system for other items in the range.

Can I change the size?
We attach a size chart so that you can take the absolutely necessary measurements in advance to make sure that the garment or product you order is big enough for you. We do this so that you can make sure that the product is big enough or not too big. So spend a little extra time on this so that you are sure before placing the order.

Does it cost anything to make a return?
It costs NOK 99 to return an item. In the case of complaints where the product is faulty or missing, you will not be charged for return postage. The package is the buyer's responsibility until it has reached us. We recommend that you send the return with tracking to be insured.

Can I return a sale item?
Yes, the right of withdrawal applies regardless of whether it is a sale item or not.

Have you received my return?
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have processed your return. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process a return.

When will I receive my refund?
You always receive a confirmation from us that your return has been processed within 14 days after the item has been returned. If you cancel the entire purchase, you will be refunded the item's value within 1-10 working days after we have received your return package.

When paying by card, the money will be transferred to the payment card you used when you placed the order. The transaction takes place through Bankkort/Klarna/Vipps, and you can expect it to take between 1-10 days before the money is back on your payment card.

If you have used a Klarna invoice and return all or part of your order, we will update your invoice as soon as we receive your return. If the due date has expired before the return is received, Klarna ( https://www.klarna.com/no/kontakt-kundeservice/ ) must be contacted to avoid any cancellation fees. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you for the account number so that you can be reimbursed.

I have returned my goods. What should I pay?
When your return is registered with us, of course you do not have to pay for the goods you have returned. You only have to pay for the goods you have kept, as well as return postage (99 NOK).

Complaint
If there is an error/missing item with the item, you have the right to complain for 2 years from when you received the item. This requires that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you present a receipt and/or order number that the item was purchased from us. The right to complain expires if the product has been abnormally used or washed incorrectly.

When making a complaint, you send an email to kundeservice@gatestrek.no so that we can send you the information you need to complete the complaint. We cover the return costs for complaints.

You will not be charged for postage in the event of a complaint or change of size, as long as we have the size you want in stock.

4.1 REFUNDS

The right of return can be used without giving a reason, and must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. If you use the right of withdrawal, we undertake to refund your payment for the item(s) no later than 14 days after they have been received. We can only pay back via the same payment method that was used when the purchase was made. Consult Klarna if the refund concerns an invoice or card payment. If you have paid with Vipps, you can contact us directly at kundeservice@gatestrek.no. We can also answer general questions related to repayment.

If you as a customer cancel the purchase due to delayed delivery, complaint or by using the right of withdrawal, repayment will be made within 14 days.

4.2 RIGHT OF EXCHANGE

We do not facilitate the exchange of goods. Then you must make use of your right of withdrawal and then place a new order for another product that you would rather have. And then we process the return of the item as normal.

Remember that the deadline is 14 days.

We are free to send you back the item if the deadline has expired.

4.3 COMPLAINT AND WARRANTY

Our guarantees do not imply any restrictions on the complaint deadline for goods according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees are valid in Norway and according to Norwegian law. If you wish to advertise an item due to a defect, we need order confirmation or a receipt of the purchase. You can submit the complaint by sending us an e-mail with pictures of the item. We take complaints and warranty cases on with the supplier. We undertake first of all to correct the error or deficiencies in the item if this is the case.

The complaint deadline is within a relative (reasonable) time, and an absolute deadline of 2 years. This deadline for advertising can never be shorter than two months from the time when the consumer discovered the defect. Complaints must be made no later than two years after the consumer took possession of the item. If the thing or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer in normal use, the deadline for advertising is five years.

Furelli AS follows the Consumer Complaints Committee's decisions in the event of a dispute.

5. CORRECT INVENTORY

As we use on-demand production, this means that we do not have to carry inventory.

By accepting our purchase and delivery terms, you will also allow us to communicate with you afterwards. We may contact you via email or telephone regarding your order.
