This section deals with the purchase of prints or original paintings made by artist Rune Furelid or other artists represented in the online store www.gatestrek.no

Complaint
When you buy prints, original paintings or other art made by Rune Furelid through Gatestrek.no, you get the same right of complaint as in all other stores in Norway. That means a 2-year claim period.

Return/open purchase
You have an open purchase with full right of return within 14 days. You will get your money back if you do not wish to exchange for a new item. If you use the right of withdrawal law, it is your responsibility as the customer to cover the return postage. If you have any other questions regarding the cancellation period/return of goods, you can contact customer service at kundeservice@gatestrek.no


This is how you proceed when returning
A return slip is included in the shipment with information on how to proceed and what information we need from you.

Send us an email at kundeservice@gatestrek.no if you would like a new return form sent to you.

This is how you proceed to fill in the form:
Enter the order number and your customer number with the invoice number.
Enter your account number if you are to have refunded money from us.
Enter the quantity, product name and return code in the form under "I return".

If the reason for the return is damage to the artwork, you must enter the product number, product name, return code and price in the field for damage notification on the return slip. (Also remember that you must attach a damage report completed by the post office or courier company).

Once this has been done, you are ready to return the item to us in the original packaging together with the return slip.
See also return information on your form. You are responsible for the return shipment yourself and must pay postage. If there is a complaint, we will refund the postage you have incurred.
It is important that you send us an email at kundeservice@gatestrek.no when you have done this so that we are informed that the item you are returning is on its way to us. You can also return the email you received from us when you bought the product, the order confirmation from us, and select the option "forward" and write the email address kundeservice@gatestrek.no. Remember to enter the item name and item number for the item you wish to return.

We would also like to emphasize that you cannot return goods with a purchase price of less than NOK 300.

We try to process your return continuously but would like to ask for your understanding that a return can take between 1-3 weeks to process.
