PRIVACY STATEMENT

This privacy policy applies to all business processes in Furelli AS, hereafter referred to as the Data Controller.

The declaration provides information about data processing carried out by the Data Controller and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we carry out on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Processing personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

In the case of marketing by e-mail/text message, explicit consent is obtained in advance.

By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy policy.

If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Information collected
Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.gatestrek.no, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, messages or when you use our services.

Where do we store information about you - and where do we share information about you with others?

Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify and data is stored in their cloud services.

Subcontractors

The controller also makes use of services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored

JEK Accounting:
We use JEK Regnskap for keeping accounts. Customer orders are entered here for reconciliation

Tip:
If you pay with Vipps in the online store, your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.

Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online shop, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.

Google Ads:
We use Google Ads for advertising and conversion tracking within Google Ads' framework. Google conversion tracking is an analysis tool from Google Inc. (1600 Ampitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).
When you click on an advertisement on Google, a cookie is stored on your data.
This cookie expires after 30 days, contains no personal data and cannot be used to track you as a unique person

Shopify:
We use Shopify in the online store. Information related to your order is stored in their system.

Quickpay and Clearhaus:
If you pay with Vipps, Visa or Mastercard in our online store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Clearhaus via quickpay for processing the payment.

WEBSITES:
If you pay with Vipps, Visa or Mastercard in our online store, personal information such as card number will be sent to NETS for processing the payment.

Bring/Posten:
If we were to use Posten or Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number, e-mail and address.

Communication via e-mail and SMS:
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails/sms related to orders you have placed, an abandoned shopping basket, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.

We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.

Access and correction:
You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to kundeservice@gatestrek.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion:
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer.
We use cookies, among other things, to remember your login, password in encrypted form, to improve the user experience and as part of our marketing to new customers.

Conflict resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on 23 400 500 or www.forburkerradet.no.

The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Furelli AS reserves the right to cancel a purchase without reason. We also have the right not to carry out an order if the item is sold out or in the event of any technical errors. We reserve the right that goods may be available in the online shop even if they are sold out. In those cases, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by our customer service.
